And Now to Get Control of the Food

OK, activity seems to be working itself out, although I am still currently eating enough to maintain my totally loathsome weight - 195 this morning. It can't go any higher, it just can't. I have to do something about it! So, back to food journalling and keeping track. My BMR is 1576 calories, so that seems like the goal to shoot for on exercise days.

Oh, yeah, biked to work again today (woot!) so there's 300 calories burned off before 7:30 a.m.

OK, motivation and self control, bring it on!

Yah for getting back on track, you can do it!! Everytime I read about all your biking excursions it makes me want a bike so much :)
